Riddick Moss’ In-Ring Return Announced

Mike Rallis, the former Riddick Moss is returning to the wrestling ring. Rallis made the announcement on Twitter this week that he’ll be facing Chris Masters for the Stu Hart Heritage Championship at Bret Hart Presents Australian Stampede in Victoria. The event takes place on Saturday, April 13th. This is the first match for Rallis after he was released from WWE last September.

The weekend is being promoted by Starrcast and Oceania Pro Wrestling. It takes place from April 11th to April 14th. They’ll be honouring the Hart Family Down Under. Fans can buy tickets to meet Bret “The Hitman” Hart as well as many other wrestlers and personalities like Mickie James, Eric Bischoff and The Great Khali.

I was a fan of Riddick Moss in WWE. With his look and intensity he had the look to be a future World Champion in WWE. It never quite clicked. I thought his career might take off when he was paired with his real life fiancé (now wife) Emma but it didn’t. Speaking of Emma, she’ll be appearing at the event under her real name Tennille Dashwood.

This is big if you’re an Australian wrestling fan that’s for sure.

New NXT Champion Ethan Page Gets His Side Plates

Ethan Page shocked the world when he won the NXT Championship last night at Heatwave. Well, I should say he stole the Title. You can check out more details here . Several AEW Releases Reported

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported on Monday that announcer Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J, and Parker Boudreaux have been cut from the roster. PWInsider additionally reported that The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry have also been released. We have word on several All Elite Wrestling releases. On Monday, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J and Parker Boudreaux have been released. In addition to Sean’s announcements, PWInsider reported the release of The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry. PWInsider also notes that AEW is "evaluating their talent roster and making cuts to benefit both the company and the talents." This is the second time Stu Grayson has been released from the company.
