 “The King of TV” Samoa Joe defends his Ring of Honor World Television Championship against Willie Mack on this Saturday’s AEW Collision. This will be Willie Mack’s second appearance on AEW programming, although he’s frequently on ROH TV. Samoa Joe on the other hand, looks to retain and get back on the path to AEW World Championship. 


This Saturday’s Collision takes place from the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio and this is the second Title match announced for the show. 





If Samoa Joe retains on Saturday, it puts him closer to passing Jay Lethal’s record as ROH TV Champion. Joe would be at 551 with a successful defence over Willie Mack. Jay Lethal’s record from 2014-2015 stands at 567 days.

New NXT Champion Ethan Page Gets His Side Plates

Ethan Page shocked the world when he won the NXT Championship last night at Heatwave. Well, I should say he stole the Title. Several AEW Releases Reported

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported on Monday that announcer Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J, and Parker Boudreaux have been cut from the roster. PWInsider additionally reported that The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry have also been released.   We have word on several All Elite Wrestling releases. On Monday, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J and Parker Boudreaux have been released.  In addition to Sean’s announcements, PWInsider reported the release of The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry. PWInsider also notes that AEW is "evaluating their talent roster and making cuts to benefit both the company and the talents."  This is the second time Stu Grayson has been released from the company.
