Jericho Names His Favourite Tag Team Partner

Chris Jericho appeared on the Superstar Crossover show and revealed that Big Show (Paul Wight in AEW) is his all-time favourite tag team partner.  "Yeah, Big Show is my favorite tag team. Yeah, he was the best ... Jeri-Show," said Jericho on the show.  When Chris Jericho and Big Show first joined forces, it took many fans by surprise. Jericho was known for his quick wit, agility, and charisma, while Big Show was a towering force of nature with unmatched strength. The two seemed like an odd couple, but their chemistry both inside and outside the ring quickly became apparent. Together, Jericho and Big Show embarked on a tag team journey that would leave an indelible mark on WWE history. They captured the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship and proved to be a dominant force in the division. Their contrasting styles complemented each other perfectly: Jericho's speed and technical prowess combined with Big Show's brute strength made them a formidable team. It was d

Shinsuke Nakamura vs Seth Rollins Last Man Standing Match Announced for Fastlane

We have a new match for WWE Fastlane, as Seth "Freakin" Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura prepare to clash once again, in a Last Man Standing match for the coveted World Heavyweight Championship. Let's take a closer look at how this epic rematch came to be and what it means for the future of WWE. It all began at Payback when Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura locked horns in an intense battle for the World Heavyweight Championship. In a contest that had fans buzzing with anticipation, Rollins emerged victorious, successfully defending his title. However, the story was far from over. In a shocking turn of events, immediately after the match, Nakamura unleashed a brutal assault on Rollins, sending a clear message that he was far from done with his pursuit of the championship. Rollins was left battered and bruised, requiring assistance to leave the arena. On the subsequent episode of Raw, still seething from the post-match incident, Rollins took matters into his own hands

Rumours of Sami Callihan Going to WWE

Sami Callihan has confirmed that his Impact Wrestling contract expires at the end of this month. There’s rumours on social media that he could return to WWE. If you don’t recall, which I don’t blame you for not, he was in WWE from 2013-2015 as Solomon Crowe. Before signing with WWE, Callihan was an indie-stalwart. After being released by WWE, he went back to the independent scene before landing in both Lucha Underground and more notably, Impact Wrestling.  Callihan would become World Champion in Impact. He’d also have acclaimed feuds with Pentagon Jr and oddly enough, Tessa Blanchard. While in Impact, Callihan would also rejoin the Christ Brothers in Ohio Versus Everything. He had much more success in both Lucha Underground and Impact than in WWE NXT.  Now the rumour is that WWE could be interested in bringing back him back. He would be a good replacement for Joe Gacy when he goes to the main roster as a cryptic character. I would be very surprised if WWE brings him back though. Callih

Heels Cancelled After 2 Seasons

In a world where television series come and go, some cancellations hit harder than others. Recently, the wrestling drama "Heels" found itself in the unfortunate crosshairs of network decisions. After just wrapping up its second season on Starz earlier this month, Variety reported that the show has been cancelled. This abrupt ending has left fans of both wrestling and drama series disappointed. Let's delve into the reasons behind the cancellation and what made "Heels" stand out in the first place. "Heels" was a unique and captivating series that offered viewers a behind-the-scenes look at a small-town independent wrestling promotion trying to make it big in the professional wrestling world. The show featured an ensemble cast led by Stephen Amell and Alexander Ludwig as brothers Jack and Ace Spade, whose dynamic served as the core of the series. Wrestling fans were also thrilled to see the wrestling icon CM Punk and his wife AJ Mendes make appearances on

Sheamus Reportedly Out With Shoulder Injury

Sheamus, has been sidelined due to a bad shoulder injury. Sheamus, known for his fierce brawling style and indomitable spirit, hasn't seen action since his epic clash with Edge on the August 18th episode of WWE SmackDown. In this blog, we'll take a closer look at the details of Sheamus's injury, his journey to recovery, and the outpouring of support from fans and fellow wrestlers alike. The news of Sheamus's injury broke through the wrestling community via Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. According to Meltzer's report, Sheamus sustained a significant shoulder injury that has forced him to the sidelines. While specific details about the injury remain limited at this time, the wrestling world is abuzz with concern for the Celtic Warrior's well-being. Will The Rock Appear at Elimination Chamber in Australia?

Will The Rock make an appearance at Elimination Chamber this February in Australia? The West Australian published an article speculating about “Dwayne” making an appearance down under at Elimination Chamber. The event takes place on February 24th at Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia. The article from the Western Australian notes the sale to Endeavour, the fact that The Rock is rumoured to be wrestling Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania, and that Australian officials view this is a massive opportunity.  The Rock showing up would be a triple win situation for everyone involved. But you could make the same argument that there was speculation he’d show up at Elimination Chamber last year on route to a Roman Reigns Wrestlemania match. That of course didn’t happen and we got Cody Rhodes main eventing against Roman instead of Rock.  I would love for The Rock to do something for the Australian crowd, and I’d love for him to face Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania. However, the Hollywood Writer’s strik

Becky Lynch is the NEW NXT Women's Champion

For the first time in her career, Becky Lynch is the WWE NXT Women’s Champion. She defeated former Champion Tiffany Stratton to become the Champion on his week’s NXT.  Weeks ago on NXT, Tiffany Stratton mentioned Becky Lynch as a former Champion, but apologized later for saying that Lynch held the Title before. The two started to cross paths and we even saw Stratton at Payback to confront Becky Lynch.  This of course has lead to Becky Lynch winning the NXT Women’s Title for the first time in her career. I’m assuming Tiffany Stratton wins this back soon enough and we revisit their feud on their roster down the line.  Comment below your thoughts on Becky Lynch winning the NXT Women’s Title below!

Nick Aldis Would Be an Excellent Permanent Producer for WWE

The world of professional wrestling is no stranger to seeing talent move from one promotion to another. In recent times, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Nick Aldis, potentially joining WWE, not as an in-ring competitor, but as a producer. This transition could bring a fresh perspective and valuable experience to WWE's creative team. PWInsider has reported that Aldis' tryout at WWE has continued, and if it pans out, it could be a game-changer for both parties. In this blog, we'll explore Nick Aldis' potential in WWE as a producer and why it could be a win-win situation for everyone involved. Before delving into his potential as a producer, it's important to recognize Nick Aldis' extensive wrestling background. He has spent over a decade in the wrestling industry, competing in various promotions worldwide, including TNA/Impact Wrestling and, most notably, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). His time as the NWA

When Paul Wight, formerly known as the Big Show in WWE, made his shocking debut in AEW, it sent shockwaves through the wrestling world. The arrival of such a colossal and experienced talent was a significant coup for AEW. While Wight's initial appearances have been exciting, there's a strong case to be made for AEW to utilize him even more. AEW can tap into this vast wealth of experience, not just in the ring but also behind the scenes. Wight's knowledge and expertise can be invaluable in nurturing young talent and helping them grow into bona fide superstars. Wight's sheer size and physical presence make him stand out in any wrestling roster. His stature alone commands attention and creates

John Cena Should Feud With LA Knight

The WWE Universe recently received an exciting surprise when the legendary John Cena made his return to the company for a limited run. With Cena's presence in WWE guaranteed for the next month and a half, fans are abuzz with speculation about potential opponents and dream matches. One captivating and fresh feud that deserves consideration is John Cena locking horns with the charismatic LA Knight. We saw John Cena act as the host of Payback this past weekend. He announced himself as the special referee for LA Knight's match with The Miz. Knight won the match and Cena put over Knight at the end of the match. I think the two should feud while Cena's around. LA Knight would benefit from a Cena feud the most. In this blog, we'll delve into the reasons why this feud could be a game-changer for WWE. John Cena and LA Knight share an undeniable charisma that oozes from every pore of their being. Both are known for their larger-than-life personas, incredible mic skills, and the

Bryan Danielson Set to Replace CM Punk as Marquee Name on Collision

Following the surprising termination of CM Punk, AEW needed a new face to lead Collision into the future. Enter Bryan Danielson, who made an electrifying return to the promotion and subsequently defeated Ricky Starks in a strap match at All Out. As Fightful reports, Danielson is poised to become an integral part of Collision, and fans are eager to see how this change will shape the landscape of AEW's Saturday night offerings. Before Collision on Saturday, AEW sent out a press release letting everyone know that they have terminated CM Punk’s contract for cause. This follows CM Punk’s second suspension from the promotion and backstage incident involving Jack Perry at the previous weekend’s All In. While CM Punk's departure left a void, AEW wasted no time in finding a replacement. Bryan Danielson, formerly known as Daniel Bryan in WWE, made his triumphant return to professional wrestling at AEW's Collision. The crowd erupted in cheers as Danielson answered Ricky Starks’ ch

CJ Perry FKA Lana With AEW on Short-Term Basis Per Tony Khan

CJ Perry formerly known as Lana in WWE made her AEW debut at All Out this past weekend. After much speculation, she’s finally joined her husband Miro, the former Rusev in the promotion. It looks like they’ll be doing a program together although they may not be on the same page. The crowd at the United Center in Chicago was already buzzing with excitement as Miro her husband took on Powerhouse Hobbs in a hard-hitting showdown. However, no one could have predicted what would happen next. After Miro secured the victory over Hobbs, the arena erupted into cheers as CJ Perry made her way to the ring. “Hot and Flexible” appeared on the screen as the former Lana came out.  Holding a steel chair in her hand, Perry wasted no time in making her presence felt. She viciously attacked Powerhouse Hobbs with the chair, unleashing a brutal assault that left fans in awe and disbelief. What made this moment even more captivating was the fact that Miro didn't join in on the attack. Instead, he l
