MMA: Details on Luke Rockhold's Contract Expiring with UFC

Luke Rockhold, former UFC Middleweight champion, has recently been released from the organization and is now a free agent. This news has sparked speculation about his next move, as Rockhold is reportedly planning to unretire and continue his fighting career.

Rockhold's MMA career has been a successful one, with notable wins over notable fighters such as Chris Weidman, Lyoto Machida, and David Branch. He won the Middleweight title in 2015 and had a successful title defense before losing it in 2016.

With Rockhold now a free agent, the question on many fans' minds is where he will go next. One possibility is Bellator MMA, which has a strong Middleweight division and has been known for signing top free agents from other promotions. Another possibility is the Professional Fighters League (PFL), which has been gaining popularity in recent years and could be an attractive option for Rockhold.

Additionally, ONE Championship could be a good fit for Rockhold as well. The organization is known for its emphasis on striking and grappling, which would play to Rockhold's strengths. And with the organization's expansion in the US and its recent acquisition of some big names such as Demetrious Johnson and Eddie Alvarez, Rockhold could be an interesting addition to the roster.

Regardless of where he ends up, Rockhold's return to the cage is sure to be a major event in the world of MMA. As a former champion and one of the top fighters in the sport, Rockhold will bring excitement and high-level competition wherever he goes. Fans will be eagerly waiting to see where he signs and who he will be fighting next.

On June 27th, 2011 CM Punk would cut a promo that would have the wrestling world buzzing for years to come. In his promo, Punk said that his contract expired next month and that he, the Number One Contender, would be leaving  WWE with the WWE Championship. He’d also go onto take shots at not only his opponent the following month, John Cena but other icons in the history of WWE. Whether employed by the company or not. He’d also tease defending his WWE Championship in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Essentially he’d be a travelling World Champion, ala the territory days. Well, CM Punk did win the WWE Championship the next month from John Cena at Money in the Bank. However, what would happen after would disappoint wrestling fans more than anything else that’s happened in years.       How they bungled this storyline, I’m not ent
